Marc Elias
Hi, it’s Democratic attorney Marc Elias with an update on our lawsuit against Donald Trump.

From signing restrictive Executive Orders to commanding GOP-controlled states to enact unfair maps to hold a MAGA majority, Trump and the GOP are trying to tip future elections in their favor. That’s why my team and the Democratic Governors Association are suing the Trump administration to defend voting rights.

I’m proud to be at the forefront of this fight alongside Democratic governors nationwide. We won a big victory in our lawsuit last month, but the fight for democracy is not over, team: We all need to steel ourselves for the battles ahead. We can never lose sight of what we need to do to protect free and fair elections while Trump threatens them right in front of us.

If you want to help fuel the fight against Trump and elect Democratic governors who are defending our democracy and protecting our right to vote, can you chip in $3 – or more – to the DGA now?
