Friend —
Unprecedented changes are taking place, both in the U.S. and around
the world. The recently released Trump National Security
Strategy is clearly another example of this. While making useful
attacks on the policies of "forever war" of NATO and its European
backers, the document falls far short of anything that would be needed
to truly get the United States off its present course. This is not to
mention the fact that it hypocritically condemns regime change wars in
the Middle East, while embracing regime change wars in Central and
South America—a la Venezuela.
What are Americans to do in this tumultuous period with such
a tremendous lack of leadership?
Tonight's LaRouche Show will feature the wise words of Lyndon
LaRouche, who really was in the best of America's traditions. LaRouche
locates the political and economic crises, worse today than when he
made the remarks in 1992, in the lack of proper education in our
societies. If we are merely educating our youth to become "successful"
in an economy that is cannibalizing its own people and industries, how
can we expect to become a "great" nation?
The LaRouche Organization has now published a new webpage:
"The
World Needs Glass-Steagall Bank Separation NOW!" As the
trans-Atlantic financial system teeters closer and closer to a
blowout, reinstating the Glass-Steagall Act has never been more
important, as a first step toward initiating a return to real economic
activity. Study this material and use it to put a real solution on the
table at city councils and state legislatures around the
country.

Starting At 7pm (EST)! This Week's LaRouche Show: |
|
This week's LaRouche Show aired as a nationwide television
broadcast on October 14, 1992. At the time, LaRouche was running for
president from prison along with Martin Luther King, Jr.'s action
coordinator, Rev. James Bevell, as his running mate. The show, titled
"The Crisis in Education," put forth LaRouche's policy proposals to
restore a true, classical education for the United States, which is
perhaps even more urgent today than it was 30 years ago when the show
aired.

New Glass-Steagall Page Published
The LaRouche movement is launching a worldwide mobilization to
separate the banks, and to return to a fixed-exchange rate system to
protect actual physical economic growth and not the parasite-
billionaires.
In the United States, this means getting the Congress to act to
reinstate Glass-Steagall, and pressuring them by taking the
information here to every city council and state legislature in the
nation.
