Here’s the catch: polls don’t win elections. But in 2025, Democrats have already seen real results:
* New Jersey and Virginia Governor races , where Democrats won by double-digit margins
* Special elections in Florida and Tennessee , where Democrats narrowed margins in bright-red districts by double digits
* Georgia , where Democrats won statewide offices for the first time in decades
While this has been a good year for Democrats, 2026 needs to be even better.
