Since launching our re-election campaign three weeks ago, hundreds of neighbors have stepped up to show their support. We set a new record for how fast we qualified as a Fair Elections candidate (in just four hours!), and we’re on pace to break all our past fundraising records. In two days, I’ll file my first fundraising report of this campaign, and let me be clear – I want your name on it.

As a Fair Elections candidate, I don’t accept dark money from Super PACs or corporate cash – and I never have.

Every contribution has to be from a neighbor like you and me, and each dollar gets matched 5-to-1. 

That means a $50 contribution becomes $300, and the power lies with you, the voter.

Whether you chip in $10, $25, or the limit of $50, it makes a big difference. It also means you have the strongest voice in this campaign – not wealthy interests or corporations hoping to curry favor before the Council. Fair Elections helps make sure we can reach voters in every corner of Ward 6 with our message and vision for a DC we can all call home.
