Trump and Republicans have abandoned the American people since gaining control of the White House and Congress. In the last few months, they have:

  • Destroyed the East Wing to build a $300 million gilded ballroom while costs continue to rise.

  • Called affordability a “hoax” while their policies have led to skyrocketing costs, a stagnant job market, and devastating cuts to health care.

  • Threatened to withhold SNAP benefits during the government shutdown, leaving millions of families unsure about how they’ll put food on the table.

Trump and his allies are hoping that by overwhelming us with their disastrous agenda, we’ll be too exhausted and demoralized to fight back.

But we won’t be.

Here at the DNC, we’re committed to investing early and building the long-term infrastructure we’ll need to elect Democrats at every level of government — leaders who don’t sell out their constituents for a pat on the back from Donald Trump.
