In case you haven't signed up yet, I wanted to make sure you saw this...

This Sunday, July 19th, 1-4pm, is a huge Day of Action phone bank for Chris, hosted by the California Democratic Party and our friends at the Coordinated Campaign for San Bernardino County. This is, by far, the most important volunteer opportunity yet of the general election, and we really do need ALL HANDS ON DECK!  From 1-4pm volunteers from across the state will be zooming in for a short vitrual town hall with Chris, CDP Chair Rusty Hicks, and a bunch of exciting speakers. Then we'll be making calls to voters in CA-08 to encourage them to vote for Chris!

What makes this Day of Action so important is that we'll be using the party's "compliance caller system," which means you'll be connecting with voters virtually non-stop during the phone bank, rather than the less-efficient manual method. Thus, each caller will be able to have a huge impact in terms of reaching voters and gathering data on their intention to vote for Chris, for future follow up. We won't have access to the system again for at least another month, so we've got to make the very most of this opportunity!

Note: to use the compliance caller system, volunteers will need to participate in a short online training at 11am on Saturday. You'll get the info on that once you sign up, so please do so right away!  But if you really can't make the training, you'll still be able to make calls for Chris on Sunday, just the "old-fashioned" way.
