Did you hear what our Senator Joni Ernst just said about the Supreme Court, team?

Our opponent just said she supports holding Senate hearings to confirm a Supreme Court nomination should a vacancy arise, even if President Trump loses the White House in November. Compare that with just four years ago when she supported blocking the nomination of Merrick Garland months before the presidential election because "the American people deserve to have a say."

The Supreme Court should be above partisan politics, but Senator Ernst has once again proven she's a rubber stamp for Mitch McConnell's agenda. We deserve better than that.

We can't trust Joni Ernst with the future of the Supreme Court. That's why we need to send Theresa to the Senate. But she can't get there without grassroots supporters like you, friend.
