We wouldn't be getting in touch with you if it wasn't INCREDIBLY important, Friend. As you know, when I was running for the United States Senate I was focused on giving voice to the voiceless and standing up for those who are being unjustly left out of the political process.

While the U.S. Senate race in Iowa continues to heat up (and support for my friend Theresa Greenfield grows) our Governor, Kim Reynolds, has taken the radical step of forcing teachers and children back into classrooms without proper PPE, safety precautions or guidance on how to deal with inevitable outbreaks of COVID-19 in our schools.

We must do something about it.
