Then: Research started coming in about Texas voters — and something big is happening. Texas has the fastest-growing population in the country, and most of that growth is Latinx voters moving to Texas. By 2022, Latinx people are expected to become the largest population group in Texas. This is a big opportunity for change, as Texas politics have long been dominated by white Republican men. We are working to change that tradition.
