This week, my colleagues and I on the House Judiciary Committee issued a subpoena to former Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Jack Smith led a politically motivated prosecution against President Trump. He tarnished our Department of Justice. He destroyed public trust in our government.

We want answers. Jack Smith is not above the law.

The American people deserve transparency, accountability, and the truth. He must appear before the House Judiciary Committee and answer every question, every detail, without exception.

I am proud to lead this charge with the Committee to expose corruption and restore the integrity of our judicial system.
