For those keeping track at home: Republicans want to let the Affordable Care Act subsidies that allow millions of Americans to afford health care each year EXPIRE.

They even perpetuated the longest shutdown in modern American history because they wouldn’t budge on extending those subsidies, desperate to make cuts to your health care.

Then the White House shared a plan to extend the subsidies for two years.

NOW, Trump said that he doesn’t “want to extend them for two years. I’d rather not extend them at all. ”

Here’s what’s really going on: The Trump White House has NO PLAN to stop your health insurance premiums from skyrocketing.

And Republicans would rather play games and point fingers than help their constituents.

But we can’t afford to pussyfoot around this issue — literally. 22 million Americans are at risk of losing health care access. We need leaders who actually care about our well-being. And Trump and his Republican cronies are not those leaders.
