As we close out 2025, we do so with deep gratitude for every person, team, and organization that showed up to learn, to question, and to practice racial equity in a time when it is needed most.
Across the country, communities are finding new ways to lead with courage and conviction. From classrooms to city halls, people are working to dismantle inequities and reimagine what justice looks like in practice. At Race Forward, learning together is how we sustain that momentum and how we prepare for what comes next.
Before we turn the page to 2026, we invite you to join us for the final trainings of the year, including our last public Governing for Racial Equity (GRE) session before we pause and evolve this course to meet the shifting political landscape.

Spotlight: Governing for Racial Equity
|
|
Our Governing for Racial Equity (GRE) training explores the role and responsibility of government in creating equitable outcomes. Participants will gain tools to normalize equity as a core value, operationalize racial justice within policies and practices, and organize internally for long-term transformation.
If you work in or alongside the public sector, this is your chance to strengthen your foundation before public offerings of our GRE pause in 2026 while we redesign our content.

In 2026, we will expand our offerings with new Learning Labs, shorter virtual sessions, and interactive webinars that bring people together across sectors to learn, strategize, and take action. In a time of uncertainty and change, learning remains one of the most powerful acts we can take.
We want to close this year in community with reflection, courage, and a renewed commitment to the work ahead. The United States is in a defining moment, and across the nation, we see renewed organizing alongside intensified attempts to divide us along racial lines and restrict truth-telling. Our ancestors taught us that learning is a pathway to liberation, and that every generation must decide how it will meet the struggles of its time.
What we choose to learn, practice, and build in 2026 will shape the future of our communities and our country. Join a community that is
sharpening its skills, deepening its analysis, and building the collective power needed to move this nation toward the justice our ancestors envisioned.
Join us for the last trainings of 2025, and get ready for what comes next.
