Imagine that your son or grandson is in 4th grade and his best friend Bobby is
dealing with some psychological challenges. Bobby spends too much time on
social media, gets targeted by deranged adults, and becomes convinced that he
is “transgender.”



Bobby’s parents visit a Georgia doctor who tells them that the “loving” thing
to do is to provide “gender affirming care.” The evil doctor then tells Bobby’s
parents that they should go ahead and put Bobby, age 9, on puberty blockers to
prevent puberty and natural development from taking place.



These parents – browbeaten by the doctor – agree to put Bobby on puberty
blockers, publicly “transition” him, and keep him on those drugs until the age
of 18. At that time, the stunted, deformed, and forever changed Bobby will chop
off healthy body parts and live life as a fake “woman.”



This is legal in Georgia. In our state, just like California, a child can be
“prescribed” puberty blockers for the purpose of gender transition, stay on
them in perpetuity, and emerge from childhood a shell of what God intended them
to be and set for a life of misery.

We know the facts. Boys cannot become girls. “Gender affirming care” is really
for-profit-gender-destruction. Puberty blockers are not “harmless” nor
“reversible” but instead cause life-changing and irreparable damage.



Children placed on puberty blockers will almost certainly choose bodily
destruction as soon as they turn 18. Conversely, children whose bodies are
allowed to progress naturally almost always realign with their biological
realities.



That’s what makes Georgia’s policy so evil! We are denying realities, giving
into profit-generating ideologies, and robbing children of their right to a
hopeful future!



We are working to make sure we stop the insanity with this next legislative
session!



Passage of legislation banning puberty blockers for the use of gender
reassignment is within our grasp. Senator Ben Watson passed SB30 out of the
Senate. A House Committee butchered the bill with an amendment, but we are
optimistic that the conservative leaders – including the Governor, Lt.
Governor, and Speaker of the House, who have all shown to be allies for
children and their families – we partner with will fix this mistake and pass a
clean bill.



It's time to get this done. There are no excuses. Children are being harmed as
we speak. Passage of this legislation is not only good and right, but the
public is also with us on this. Let’s get this done, Georgia!
