Hey John – You won’t believe this.

We already knew that Matt’s opponent Jim Bognet was willing to say anything to flip PA-08 from blue to red, but this is a new low.

In his recent interview with far-right media outlet Breitbart, Jim Bognet went totally off the rails. Going beyond the pale of typical campaigning, he repeated debunked lies, told some new ones, and then claimed that Matt “ wants to tear our country down .”

Absolutely despicable, John.

But if your questions are – “Why go this low? Why be this untruthful?” – the Breitbart segment provides the answers.

It’s all because this seat is so critical to Republicans taking back the House. They said it themselves on the show, “If Jim Bognet wins in Pennsylvania [...] then Nancy Pelosi is retired once and for all.”

If you care about Democrats keeping the House in 2020, then PA-08 is the race you have to watch. Republicans and their friends in far-right media are doing and saying anything to flip this seat, and our best weapon to fight back is our grassroots donors.
