I’m Mari Vangen-Strom, Action Network’s Product Director, with our latest update! Yesterday’s release was a little different, so here’s a brief summary of the key updates.
Boost
First, we launched a beta test of Boost! Boost is a new add-on package with advanced features, priority support, and expert deliverability consulting. Our goal is to provide tailored support to organizations that need it while keeping our pricing accessible for everyone. You’ll notice new flags on different features in the toolset that will likely become a part of the Boost package.
It’s a beta test for a reason! We want to hear from you all! Reach out to [email protected] with any questions or concerns. A lot more information will be coming your way soon.
Anyone can join the waitlist to try out Boost during this beta period, for free!
ActionBot
In addition, we launched ActionBot, an AI-powered chat that allows you to run flexible queries on your data, no technical or SQL knowledge needed. ActionBot can run reports on any data you have in Action Network, including reports that can’t be run normally from our interface. You ask it to write a report using natural language, and it will do the heavy lifting for you, no technical skills required!
You can ask questions like:
- How many activists are subscribed to the email list in each state? How many new in 2025?
- How many donors on our list haven’t opened an email in the last 6 months? How many recurring donors?
- What three email subject lines got the highest open rate in November 2025?
- What month in 2025 did we get the most donations? What was the total?
It’s great for quick insights, answering questions for your boss, building annual reports and more! This feature is only available to partners in the Boost beta, which is free.
