For the past five years, Donald Trump has refused to release his tax returns, hiding behind a phony excuse of an IRS audit. Now, less than four months until Election Day, Rudy has undermined Trump’s excuse, telling Fox News that those audits have been completed:[1]
But that’s not all! Trump’s White House counsel wrote this week “that good cause exists to grant the President an additional 45-day extension to the annual public financial disclosure report,”[2] meaning that not only does Trump continue to hide his personal and business tax returns from the American people, he’s now declining to release his legally required personal financial disclosure.
What is Trump hiding?!
