John, I'm sure you all saw the news out of Tennessee. A Trump-approved shill won the special election in Tennessee's seventh district. The GOP will spin this as some massive win that signals the end of Democratic victories. But here's what the numbers really tell us: 👉 In 2024, Donald Trump carried a historically red Tennessee with over 64% of the state's vote. In Tennessee's seventh district, he won the vote by over 22 points. Thanks to those numbers, the GOP expected to sail through this special election. 👉But that's not what happened. Democrats in Tennessee worked incredibly hard, and while they weren't able to deliver a victory, they lost by only nine points. During an off-year, in a supposedly safe red state, the Trump-picked candidate couldn't even swing a double-digit victory. 👉This year, Democrats have seen incredible victories. From Abigail Spanberger's win in Virginia to Pennsylvania's judicial election, we're gaining ground across the nation. Even in races we lost, Politico states, "Democrats saw big overperformances in losses in other special elections in deep-red seats." In other words, the American people are ready for something different. The will of the people is getting louder, and it's screaming for accountability from the Trump administration. Republicans are shaking in their boots. I know they will do everything to stop our momentum, but we can't back down. Democrats are competing everywhere. We’re calling out the affordability crisis that Trump has created. I'm working to add strength to our movement and deliver a blue wave in 2026. Help me show the Trump administration the days of their agenda are numbered. Add your name if you're with us in this fight >> Thank you, Chris
