John,
I need you with me on this.
24 million Americans could see their health care premiums double unless Congress acts. The enhanced Affordable Care Act premium tax credits, which have helped families afford coverage during some of the most difficult economic years in recent memory, are set to expire on January 1st.
If Speaker Mike Johnson refuses to act, millions of people will be priced out of the coverage they rely on. Marketplace premiums are projected to double on average, and enrollment could plummet by as much as 50%.
At a moment when the cost of everything keeps climbing, allowing health care costs to explode like this is unthinkable.
That’s why I just led members of the Lowering Costs Caucus in calling on Speaker Johnson to immediately extend these tax credits. But he needs to hear from the people he’s putting at risk, too.
Will you add your name to my petition calling on Speaker Johnson to extend ACA enhanced premium tax credits before they expire? I’m fighting with everything I have to protect affordable health care for my constituents — but I need a wave of public pressure behind me.

We cannot allow this crisis to happen simply because House leadership refuses to prioritize working families.
Thank you.
