We asked for help, and you came through. We hit our minimum $30,000 goal on day two of our month-long fundraiser!
What this means is that VGHF's day-to-day operations are officially funded for 2026! Obviously it takes a lot more than this to sustain us, but our $30k goal this year was the minimum we need to maintain the work we're already doing - we make up for the rest with monthly Patreon memberships, gift shop sales like our monthly vintage magazine subscriptions, in-person events, and more.
So from all of us, thank you! You make all of this possible, we literally could not have done this without you.
But we aren't done yet!
Like we said, the goal was to sustain us as we are. We're still a tiny organization punching above our weight - there are only two of us on full-time staff! We'd like to grow and maybe even hire(!) in 2026. We're keeping the campaign open until the end of the year, so if you were thinking of giving this year but haven't yet, we could still use your help!
