Our country is at a crossroads. Donald Trump, over the past 11 months, has committed multiple abuses of power for which he must be impeached and removed from public office. When we do not name these abuses of power for what they are – High Crimes against the state – we normalize them. We must invoke the impeachment power today. 

FSFP President John Bonifaz tells Trump impeachment naysayers: "We either have a Constitution, or we don't."

The Framers designed the Impeachment Clause for this very moment – to address a corrupt executive who tramples on the Constitution and the rule of law. They made it clear that Congress is responsible for holding tyrants like Trump accountable.

We refuse to normalize these crimes. We refuse to allow members of Congress to ignore their duty to the Constitution. We refuse to give up on our democracy.

Congress must impeach and remove Trump from office immediately.
