John, exciting news: The Associated Press just called our election!

While we're still waiting on official results from the NYC Board of Elections, I'm honored to have gotten one step closer to representing New York's 16th District in the U.S. Congress. I'm ready to get to work for the people of the Bronx and Westchester, and I'm ready to cause trouble for the status quo in Washington.

Whether you've been on Team Bowman from Day 1 or just joined our movement yesterday, I can't thank you enough for your support. We're now looking towards the general election in November — and we will have to work together in order to make this happen.

So, in celebration of this election being called today — and of the road ahead — can you chip in $5 to our campaign?

Now that the race has been called, we're not only plotting out our path to victory for the general election. We're also using this time to deepen our conversations with constituents, conducting in-depth policy research, supporting other progressives in upcoming key primaries, and much more.

It's not going to be easy to accomplish all of this between now and November — but we didn't win without a reason. We won because we connected to folks all across the district, and together, we can make real change happen in the halls of Congress.
