It’s officially December, and you know what that means: Republicans are running out of time to protect health care.
Affordable Care Act subsidies are going to expire in a matter of weeks, which will cause premiums to skyrocket for millions of Americans, and Republicans are openly admitting that it’s not a priority for them.
Healthcare should not be a partisan issue. Period. However, it seems like anything outside of giving massive tax handouts to billionaires is not deemed important enough for Republicans to do their jobs.
Americans deserve better – and I vow to continue fighting to ensure the hardworking people of our nation aren’t forced to choose between having healthcare and paying their mortgage or rent.
