Trump just pardoned the former president of Honduras, who was convicted in the United States of trafficking hundreds of tons of drugs into our borders.

AT THE SAME TIME, Trump is using our military to conduct extrajudicial bombings of boats in the Caribbean that his administration claims are full of drug traffickers.

This pardon makes no sense. The investigation into the Honduran president began in Trump’s first term. There’s mountains of evidence against him. And he’s despised by the Honduran people. So why is Trump handing him a pardon?

Because Trump loves political corruption . Plain and simple. He believes that presidents should be above the law, no matter the crime. And he’s willing to use the pardon power to make that a reality.

He must be held accountable. We must put a stop to the blatant corruption and criminality. That’s why it’s so important that we take back the House. That’s where you come in.
