Sarah recently reintroduced the Global Respect Act, a human rights bill
that finally holds accountable those who torture, imprison, or commit
violence against LGBTQ+ people worldwide.

And she did it with something Washington rarely sees anymore: real
bipartisanship.

More than 1,000 anti-trans bills were introduced in state legislatures
this year alone. Some of Sarah’s own colleagues in Congress have attacked
her, not because of her work, but because of who she is.

But Sarah refuses to back down, be intimidated, or give up. She’s proving
what real leadership looks like: courage, conviction, and a willingness to
build coalitions — even in unlikely places — because people under attack
matter more than political comfort.
