It’s Chloe, Sean’s campaign manager. I’m about to ask you to chip in $25 or more towards our mid-month push to power Sean’s re-election -- but first, I want to go over two reasons why Sean’s far-right challenger Jeanne Ives poses such a threat to this district:

1. As a Trump loyalist backed by powerful members of the Tea Party, Ives represents the most extreme wing of the GOP. In Congress, she would work to overturn a woman’s right to choose, deny protections for LGBTQ individuals, and prioritize serving Donald Trump instead of the people of Illinois.
2. Ives has already run a statewide campaign, proving she can raise major funds and generate enthusiasm in conservative circles. Ives has established relationships with the biggest GOP donors in the state -- her 2018 campaign cashed in $2,500,000.00 from Richard Uihlein alone.

Sean isn’t a career politician; he’s a businessman and a scientist who built a grassroots campaign powered by ordinary people like you and me.
