We are now asking your help in these last critical days for Rachna Sizemore Heizer, our Democratic nominee for the December 9th Special Election for Braddock Supervisor, Congressman Walkinshaw’s former seat. Congressman Walkinshaw is endorsing Rachna because he knows she’ll pick up where he left off – practicing responsible, effective governance that serves every resident fairly and equally.

This election falls between major holidays and voter confusion is high with many elections in Braddock this year. Crucially, there’s also no “D” after Rachna’s name on the ballot, which means it is even more important to help her connect with voters over the next week. We lost this very seat in a special election in 2009 despite the Obama blue wave, so we can’t take anything for granted.
