John, Donald Trump is doubling down on his attacks against me:

In yet another unhinged and outrageous post, the president called for my colleagues and me to be jailed because he apparently doesn’t like people stating the law or Constitutional truths: the oath to the Constitution comes above all.

I first raised my hand and swore an oath to the Constitution when I entered the Naval Academy at 17 years old. I swore it again when I had the honor of being elected to represent Western PA in Congress.

This is a lifelong oath, and I intend to keep it.

I sure as hell won’t let Donald Trump intimidate me or deter me from upholding my oath—he tried to overthrow our government on January 6, 2021 after LOSING an election—weak and pathetic stuff.
