Students who are suspended are still most likely to fall behind, drop out, or get pushed into the school-to-prison pipeline.

New York can lead with care, we just need to give it the toolset to do so. It’s time for Solutions, Not Suspensions. This bill will help schools use restorative approaches instead of punishment, so students can learn and stay connected to their communities.
