Don't let COVID kill transit // election results // new mask distro days You're invited to give some real-talk to Senator Bob Casey about the transit crisis Covid-19 has Pennsylvania's public transit on the edge of disaster. Fare hikes, layoffs, and shutdowns are on the horizon if Congress does not pass $32B for public transit. Across PA, transit riders and workers are coming together for some real-talk with Senator Bob Casey about the transit crisis. He needs to stand on the Senate floor as a transit champion and pass $32B for transit to move us all past Covid-19. Join us on July 28th @ 5pm to show Casey that PA transit riders and workers are organized and ready to push. RSVP Now If the agency won't give out masks, we'll have to do it ourselves Covid cases are surging in Allegheny County, and masks are more important than ever to keep transit riders and workers safe. PPT members raised over $4.000 in one day and has purchased thousands of masks that we've been distributing to riders. New distro days are scheduled everyday for the next week and a half.
