Dear John,

Not even a nationwide lockdown could stop Convention of States patriots.

Last month, the Michigan legislature was preoccupied with COVID-19 and the tyrannical stay-at-home orders imposed by Governor Whitmer.

But thanks to the tireless efforts of our team in Michigan -- including their outreach to legislators during our COS Serves initiative -- our legislative champions got the Convention of States Resolution heard in a senate committee.

And they passed our resolution on a 3-2 vote!

We’re making progress in legislatures across the country, and we’re especially excited about Michigan. The legislature will return this month, and we expect the Senate and the House to pass our resolution this year -- making Michigan #16!
