Giving Tuesday is our biggest fundraising day of the year, and our ability to keep defending civil liberties from the Trump administration's attacks depends on us hitting our goal. So I wanted to share an important update with engaged supporters like you: As of the time I am writing this, we're about 76% of the way to our goal.

This has been one of the busiest and most consequential years I've seen in my time with the ACLU. We're fighting in the courtrooms, the legislatures, and the streets nationwide to defend free speech, immigrants' rights, LGBTQ equality, and more – just as we've done for over 105 years.
