                As someone who has spent my career working alongside communities to advance racial equity, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people choose to act together. At Race Forward, we equip leaders, organizations, and entire systems with the tools to create lasting, structural change.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is this: Racial equity isn’t a singular moment—it’s a shared practice we strengthen every time we choose justice, compassion, and courage.
