The latest report is outrageous.

The Department of Homeland Security just demanded that New York hand over 7,000 illegal migrant criminals currently being held in our state. Seven thousand criminals who should not be anywhere near our communities.

Attorney General Letitia James is protecting these criminals instead of defending our law-abiding citizens.

This is the same crowd that gave us cashless bail, weakened prosecutions, and turned New York into a safe haven for offenders. Now they are gearing up to let thousands of criminal migrants slip through the cracks.

Help us fight back.

Kathy Hochul created this migrant mess, then pretended it would magically fix itself. Now her own administration is being told to hand over dangerous individuals as if our neighborhoods are expendable.

Republicans are the only ones willing to call this what it is. A security threat. A public safety disaster. And a massive failure of leadership from the people who are supposed to protect New Yorkers.

John, if we do not push back right now, they will get away with it.
