Email from New York City Council- District 18 Submit Your Ideas!   Dear Neighbors, Our office is excited to launch Participatory Budgeting (PB) Cycle 15 for our district. PB is a community-driven process where you help decide how public capital funds are invested in neighborhood improvements. As we prepare for Vote Week (April 11–19, 2026), we are collecting ideas from residents for capital projects that will benefit our parks, schools, libraries, NYCHA developments, and community centers. I encourage you to explore the Idea Map, submit your project ideas, and help ensure our community’s priorities are represented. In community, Council Member Amanda Farías New York City Council, District 18   ⭐ Participatory Budgeting: Cycle 15 ⭐   Help Shape Local Investments Submit your ideas for capital projects that will strengthen our community—school upgrades, park improvements, NYCHA repairs, community center enhancements, and more.
