For more than 20 years, Emerge has recruited, trained, and helped women win at every level of government. That long-term investment is paying off in ways that matter.

Emerge alums are on the frontlines in Congress, in state legislatures, in city halls, and on school boards. They are the leaders fighting back against the MAGA agenda every single day, and they rely on Emerge for the training, community, and support that prepares them to win tough races and govern with courage.

The results speak for themselves. Last month, Emerge women won major victories across the country, and our 2025 candidates had a 77% win rate. That’s what real impact looks like.
