Washington becomes latest state sued by DOJ over access to voter records

- The Department of Justice (DOJ) sued ([link removed] ) Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs (D) after he refused to provide the department with the state’s full voter registration list, including sensitive personal identifiers. The DOJ asked the court to compel Washington to turn over the data.
