John – as COVID-19 cases surge to record-breaking numbers here in Florida, Donald Trump and the GOP are still recklessly trying to hold the Republican National Convention in Jacksonville.

It's utterly appalling that the GOP is willing to put millions of people’s lives at risk to celebrate the nomination of a tyrant who refused to even wear a mask until last weekend. This isn’t just a public health crisis – it’s a catastrophic failure of leadership.

I refuse to let the president endanger the health and safety of our communities for a selfish campaign vanity project. I'm counting on 450 members of this team to join me in taking a stand against Donald Trump's dangerous decision to hold the GOP convention here in person, but I’m missing your name. Will you add your voice alongside mine before midnight?

Please, before our midnight deadline, add your name to condemn Donald Trump and the GOP’s decision to put politics before public health. We cannot afford to let them get away with this.
