Hi Friend, Today is a day to reflect on what we’re grateful for and to give back to the causes and campaigns that we share our values with. That’s what Giving Tuesday is all about.

|
For me, that means giving back to the country that gave me a second chance at freedom.
You’ve probably heard me tell this story before, but when I was a little girl, I was separated from my mother and forced to live under Saddam Hussein’s brutal regime in Iraq. I was only eight years old. I lost my freedom, my home, and nearly my hope all in one day.

|
|
Years later, through my mother’s courage and determination, I made it back to America, and I vowed to spend the rest of my life serving the country that gave me another chance.
That promise led me to the U.S. Air Force, and now, it’s what drives me to run for Congress in Northwest Ohio. |

|
|
|
I’m prepared to fight tooth and nail for Northwest Ohio, and I plan on doing things MUCH differently than Marcy Kaptur has.
That’s why I plan on:
Creating Jobs & Rebuilding Ohio Manufacturing: We’ve lost more than 400,000 manufacturing jobs under Marcy Kaptur’s watch. I’ll stand with President Trump to bring those jobs back home by cutting red tape, lowering taxes, and putting American workers first.
Reducing Prices & Making Life Affordable Again: Inflation and bad energy policies are crushing families. I’ll fight to end reckless spending, lower energy costs, and make sure working people—not career politicians like Marcy Kaptur—benefit from economic growth.
Making Government Better, Not Bigger: Washington doesn’t need more bureaucracy; it needs better priorities. I’ll work to secure our border, protect Social Security, rebuild infrastructure, and make government serve you, not itself. |

So this Giving Tuesday, I’m asking for you to chip in and support my campaign.
My team set a goal to raise $3,500 by midnight to help us hire more staff, support our volunteers, afford more door hangers, and fund our first set of ads ahead of next year’s primary.
If you can, I’m asking you to give just $20 today to help us reach that goal and keep fighting for a better future for Northwest Ohio.

A NOTE FROM ALEA NADEEM
I love America — not just because I was born here, but because I know what it’s like to live without freedom.
When I was only 8 years old, I was taken from my home in Ohio and left behind in Iraq to live under Saddam Hussein’s brutal regime.
Overnight, I lost the freedoms so many of us take for granted and was forced to live in a country where women had no rights, speaking out could cost you your life, and your future was not your own.
When I finally made it back to America at 12 years old, I promised myself I would give back to the country that never stopped fighting for me. That’s why, after 9/11, I joined the Air Force.
For over 20 years, I have served this country in the Air Force and rose to become a lieutenant colonel. I protected America’s interests abroad, advised senior military leaders, and defended the freedoms too many take for granted.
Now, I’m taking that fight to Washington, and your donation of any amount would make a meaningful difference to power me in this mission.
Our enemies are growing bolder.
Our freedoms are being eroded.
Weak leaders in Washington have forgotten what it means to serve.
I haven’t.
I know what it means to fight for this country, because I’ve done it my whole life.
That’s why I’m hoping I can count on your support. Donate today to send new Republican leadership to Congress and expand our majority. |
