Honored. Humbled. Ready to Serve.

On December 1st, I was sworn in — not just as your council member, but as the top vote-getter in both the Primary and the General Elections. 

That trust means everything. Charlotte spoke loudly, and I will carry that mandate with responsibility, transparency, and courage.

I took my oath on the same document that welcomed me into this country — my Certificate of Naturalization. Because the promise of America is not just something I inherited — it’s something I earned. And when you earn your place, you fight to make sure others have one too.

To every person who believed in me…
To every supporter who walked this long road with me…
To those who doubted, and even those who did not vote for me...
I will not dismiss you. I will not ignore you. I am here to earn your trust, every single day.

Charlotte, this term is about doing the work:
