My name is Felecia Russell, and I have the privilege of serving on the Board of Immigrants Rising, as well as in the role of Vice Chair.
When I think about “service”, the word that has guided me throughout this year, I think about how we can deepen our commitment to undocumented people, especially in moments of uncertainty. At Immigrants Rising, we do this by investing in entrepreneurship, mental health support, and storytelling, three pillars that empower people not just to survive, but to build the futures they deserve.
