I work with the ACLU's nationwide network of attorneys and advocates year-round to protect First Amendment rights from governmental attacks – including by securing freedom of speech, a free press, and the right to protest.

* The ACLU of Southern California, ACLU of Illinois, and ACLU of DC have all taken legal action to stop the Trump administration's attacks on our First Amendment rights to protest and report on law enforcement – in some cases winning key victories that stop the Trump administration from indiscriminately brutalizing journalists, legal observers, and protesters.
