Today is GivingTuesday -- and
your gift will go twice as far in supporting our mission ([link removed]). Thanks to the Stremick family, donations will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to $250,000.*

While we've made progress, many people with cystic fibrosis are desperately waiting for a breakthrough. For them, the clock is ticking.

Lives are still at stake. Our greatest hope for a cure lies in genetic therapies, which have the potential to benefit everyone with CF. This science is more complicated -- and more costly -- than anything we have ever pursued.

Any gift, any size, makes a difference ([link removed]). Let's keep the momentum going for all people with cystic fibrosis.

The Stremick Family is offering a $250,000 match for the CF Foundation's 2025 GivingTuesday campaign. Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, non-special event donations made online at cff.org in the amount of $1 to $250,000 in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be matched dollar for dollar up to $250,000 by Dec. 4, 2025, or when the match is complete, whichever comes first. Donations received in excess of the match will be used to support the CF Foundation's mission.
