John — here’s where things stand:

Our state’s entire health care system is at risk because Republican lawmakers refuse to do their jobs and fully fund Medicaid.

The longer this continues, the further the system erodes.

I have done everything I can to get right-wing lawmakers to come to the table; I even called an extra legislative session where legislators could work on solving this.

But the GOP refused. And North Carolinians are going to suffer for it.

I will not sit by while folks lose the health care they need to stay healthy because Republican politicians can’t get their act together and do what’s right. I’m continuing to fight to get the legislature to deliver Medicaid funding like they said they would, but I need you to join me and speak out.
