UNCF stands in the gap for graduates like Morgan, who depended on support to relocate for a promising job in New Jersey, get situated in a new apartment and receive training for a necessary certification. As a result, Morgan is now pursuing her dreams as a fifth grade English language arts teacher in a K-12 school. The United States has a teacher shortage, so making sure more students like Morgan graduate makes a real impact.
