* *Audience:* Lead agencies, case managers, MMIS data entry staff and other interested parties
* *Effective date:* Dec. 5-10, 2025
* *Summary:* Lead agency staff must not add or make changes to service agreements in MMIS from Dec. 5-10, 2025, or until DHS sends an all-clear eList.

* *Audience:* People who provide care through home and community-based services (HCBS) programs
* *Summary:* DHS encourages care professionals to review the resources in this announcement if their employer discontinues services.





DSD messages

DWRS cost reporting feedback [ [link removed] ]

* *Audience:* Providers, including anyone involved in preparing or submitting cost reports (e.g., cost reporting consultants), who did cost reporting between 2021 and 2025 for residential services, unit-based services, day programs and customized living services
* *Summary:* DHS wants feedback on how to improve the DWRS cost reporting system. We invite providers who did cost reporting between 2021 and 2025 for residential services, unit-based services, day programs and customized living services to share input.
