Catholic...on Giving Tuesday!

Today is #GivingTuesday 2025. This global day of giving and
generosity is here. This day is set aside to offer us a wonderful
opportunity to turn our gratitude into action. We have all received
immense gifts and blessings from God; may this day inspire us to share
His boundless generosity with others.
The one who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food
will supply and multiply your seed and increase the harvest of your
righteousness. You are being enriched in every way for all generosity,
which through us produces thanksgiving to God. (2 Cor
9:10-11)
Responding to God's grace with heartfelt
devotion.
Giving Tuesday offers
a powerful opportunity to move beyond appreciation and actively
express our gratitude. This special day unites faithful people
worldwide; spurring them to raise vital awareness and make meaningful
financial contributions to the charitable missions they
champion.
In various secular forums, a compelling argument for legacy
has emerged: the greatest display of love for children and
grandchildren is to support organizations dedicated to creating a
better world. Yet, in the ensuing calls for philanthropic giving, the
vast and enduring contributions of the Catholic Church are
conspicuously absent.
We know the Catholic Church is supported
and sustained by God and will be here forever. But, serving as the
hands and feet of Jesus, we can do our part in ensuring the reach of
the Church expands its Corporal Works of Mercy to the ends of the
earth.
Additionally, our Catholic Action for Faith and Family
'family' hold the profound theological belief the Catholic Church is
the sole institution ordained for the salvation of souls. Though we
support, acknowledge, and value the widespread fulfillment of
the Corporal Works of Mercy by numerous organizations, the Spiritual
Works of Mercy constitute a higher calling—the paramount, intrinsic
labor of the Church as the Body of Christ.
Now is the Time to Pledge
Catholic!
A Pew Research survey indicates that for every 100 new
Catholics, more than 800 people leave the Church. Just 43% of the
people raised Catholic still self-identify as Catholic. There are many
other alarming trends to suggest our long-term future is far from
secure. There are not enough priests being ordained in practically
every diocese (except in Asia and Africa) to maintain their current
level of priests. Baptisms are down, Catholic marriages are down, the
Church influence is weaker than it has ever been. Catholic funerals
and burials are significantly down. Instead of a funeral mass and
burial in a Catholic cemetery, celebrations of life have become very
common (assuming the soul of their loved one is already in heaven), as
well as cremating a loved one and keeping their ashes in the home – or
even scattering them!
Can we agree the Works that the works of mercy are
not for sale?
Let's ponder for just a moment a future world without the
Catholic Church. Committed to doing our part to have a Church as
vibrant as possible, let's take this opportunity of Giving Tuesday to
choose to make a meaningful impact by prioritize pledging
Catholic!
Secondly, on this special day of Giving
Tuesday, I humbly ask that you keep our mission in your considerations
and help us make a profound impact with your generous gift. Please

In our monumental mission to reclaim and transform our nation and the
world for Jesus Christ, every single contribution, no matter how
small, is a crucial resource. Every penny fuels our efforts to expand
His Kingdom.
Our mission is clear at Catholic Action for Faith and
Family: Restoring our society to its foundational Christian order by
strengthening Faith and Family according to the teachings of the Roman
Catholic Church. Therefore, your donation is crucial for us to
continue to carry this mission that was founded over 16 years ago by
myself and Cardinal Burke.
After meeting with His Eminence, I strongly believe our most
important, ground-breaking year, will be in 2026, across all of our
programs.
Rest assured that we are determined more than ever
to:
-
Recruit both Catholic Religious and the Laity worldwide to join
together for Operation Storm Heaven as we continue to march to our
goal of 1,000,000 members worldwide praying in unison on the first of
every month.
- Advance Cardinal Burke’s apostolates designed to guard the
Catholic faith handed down by the Apostles and hold together in a
Catholic way, doctrine, morals and praxis.
- Usher in a new era of evangelization and formation with our
Catholic Action Insight™ podcast and interview series.
- Moving forward in growing our Faithful Echo Movement dedicated to
drawing the clergy and the lay faithful in ever closer unity to combat
the darkness of the present confusion, error and division in the
Church.
- Introduce other programs, campaigns and events that will be
announced early in the upcoming new
year. [Stay-tuned in particular as we approach
2026 to answer a collective call for all prayer warriors to Storm
Heaven together 'all year' with special prayers and intentions for our
faithfully departed souls in purgatory]
Your gift of $20, or more, will sustain and
enable us to continue to bring the light of Truth and to bring Hope to
faithful families, as well as our initiatives dedicated to supporting
priests and seminarians. Thank you in advance for your
generosity!
May God through the Blessed Virgin Mary bless you and all of
your loved ones immensely.
Yours gratefully in
Christ,
