Hey John,

Today is Women's Equality Day -- the commemoration of the 1920 certification
of the 19th Amendment to the Constitution giving women the right to vote.
The 19th Amendment was a meaningful step toward equality, but it didn't include
everyone, especially women of color.

The fight for voting rights is more important than ever, particularly for women of
color and gender non-conforming individuals, and that's why The
United State of Women -- a national organization dedicated to convening, connecting,
and amplifying voices in the fight for full gender equity -- is partnering with When We All Vote.
To amplify ALL voices in civic engagement advocacy, we're uplifting stories of women
and girls who are working to ensure greater voter access.

How are you taking action for voter access in your community and beyond?
Submit your story and share a photo or short video telling us what voting means to you.
We'll share the best stories on When We All Vote's and USOW's official social
media accounts.

Across the country, USOW Ambassadors are leading the effort to get people in
their communities voting. I'm inspired by ZaDonna in South Carolina,
who is conducting research on voting rights, and Bethan in New York,
who is working with us to empower women and girls to participate in upcoming elections.

Now I want to hear from you! Whether you just voted for the first time, ran a voter registration
drive, or are just excited about voting, share your story today.

Thanks for being a part of this,

Jordan
