It’s about Duane R. who connected with Country First because he wanted to do something to help save our Democracy. He wrote us recently to say,

“Your suggestions showed me how and inspired me to contact numerous members of Congress over the past several weeks. And yesterday, I participated in a protest at the office of Michigan Congressman John James… There were about 400 people there. Thanks for giving people ideas on what we can do to reclaim our democracy.”

We share Duane’s comments because this is exactly what this movement is about. It’s about helping people find the courage to act when it would be easier to give up.

If we’re going to save democracy, we need to give more Americans the same tools, guidance, and sense of connection that helped Duane take his first step.
