Organisers have announced the postponement of this year's Robin Hood Half Marathon. The event was due to take place on Sunday 27 September.
In spite of everyone’s best efforts, the group considered the current uncertainty around mass participation events and the possible restrictions which are likely to be in place in September.
They decided it would not be possible to maintain the integrity of the race and give runners the experience on the day which they deserve.
Those registered for this event will be contacted directly. The race will be back next year "bigger and better" with a confirmed date of September 26, 2021. Registrations will be announced in due course.
