This Giving Tuesday, the Gun Owners Foundation (GOF) is asking for your support at a critical moment for the Second Amendment.  

Giving Tuesday is a National day dedicated to generosity and making an impact. Celebrated the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, it’s a nationwide moment where Americans come together to support the causes they believe in. For GOA & GOF members, it’s an opportunity to stand up for the Second Amendment, strengthen our grassroots efforts, and ensure that the history and tradition of the 2A is preserved for future generations.

Over the past year, thanks to committed defenders like you, GOF has earned major courtroom victories, expanded its educational programs, and strengthened outreach to the next generation of freedom-minded Americans. 

But the battles ahead are bigger than ever — and we cannot continue without your help

Virginia’s Universal Background Check Law Struck Down. GOF played a key role in overturning this unconstitutional law, protecting private firearm transfers and restoring the rights of young adults. 

Nationwide Expansion of Concealed Carry Access. Because of GOF’s legal wins in New York and California, GOA/GOF members can now apply for concealed-carry permits in 49 states. 

Major Challenge to the National Firearms Act. After Gun Owners of America led the effort to push Congress into removing the NFA’s $200 tax, GOF advanced the largest challenge to the law’s registration requirements in decades — a historic step toward restoring gun rights. 

Memphis Gun-Control Ordinance Defeated. Thanks to GOF’s legal support, a court declared the city’s sweeping anti-gun ordinance “dead as a doornail.” 

Expanding Second Amendment Education. GOF leads the nation in 2A education through programs like 2A Defenders, which equips college students to stand firm, and 2A Adventure Chronicles, which teaches children their rights and responsibilities. 

These programs bring the truth about the Second Amendment to students, families, and future leaders across America. 

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every dollar GOF receives directly fuels: 

• Constitutional legal battles 
• Youth education through 2A Defenders and 2A Adventure Chronicles 
• 2A outreach and coalition-building through Empowered2A and Second Amendment Hunters 
• Research, publications, and national engagement
